All payments made for online business consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been started, scheduled, or delivered. Since our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and customized work, refunds cannot be provided after execution.
Digital Products & Strategy Reports
All digital products, business plans, reports, documents, audits, or strategy files delivered online are non-refundable once shared with the client.
Missed Appointments
If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Dissatisfaction with Results
We do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, as success depends on multiple factors including client effort, market conditions, and implementation.
Service Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where Sky Jet Solutions is unable to deliver the service due to technical or internal issues, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting us first may result in immediate service termination and permanent account suspension.
